Media Room: Lutron automation dims lights, dims star ceiling, opens curtains, and starts Blue-Ray movie with one click. Equipment rack includes the very latest equipment including power conditioning, cooling, audio, video, and Direct TV equipment. 15 custom leather seats each contain "butt-kicker" sound and vibration. Lobby includes ticket booth, popcorn stand, drink bar.

This area is set up with separate HVAC and bath. Bridge at front entry connects existing second floor to media room lobby. Separate hallway leads to outdoor bridge which connects to pool house/multi-purpose room.

Starlight ceiling with shooting stars, comets, and 1000 stars mapped from the Milky Way. backlighting installed all ceilings. Backlighting installed on acoustic sound panels. Step lighting and more than 40 additional lights used. Kohler products used exclusively for all plumbing. Other areas feature faux painted ceilings, patterned carpet with borders.
